This is a 23 minute track. It delivers expertly tuned frequencies from 2hz to 33hz. Our tuning is both general and specific in emphasis, ensuring that you have a comprehensive session.

We urge our new users to employ Track 1 only after progressing comfortably through Tracks 2-5.

Track 1 produces sensations which may feel more intense than the other tracks, so we suggest that you begin with 10 minutes of this Track per session.

When applying electrode patches locally, we recommend re-positioning them every ten minutes. Always make sure you have fresh electrode patches, as heavily used patches will not provide quality contact.

Do not apply directly to open wounds.
