Discover the Significance of Your Cat’s Purr
And How It Relates To Rife Technology

At JWLABS we are cat lovers! Each one comes to us with different temperaments,  unique gifts and individual needs, just like people. Of course, the same is true of our canine friends. They all become family to us, and we develop deep loving relationships with them. We love our dogs, but for the purpose of this blog, we are focusing on the felines. Stay with us to understand why.

Though we are restrained from speaking publicly about the beneficial effects of our machines, our feline friends, in a sense, can speak for us. There seems to be mild controversy about the frequency range of a cat’s purr. UC Davis veterinary school claims the range is between 20-50hz.  Others claim that the range goes to 150hz. Keep in mind that this is in the lower range of the spectrum of frequencies which our machines deliver to you directly.

Regardless of its frequency, the physical range of a cat’s purr has been shown to promote bone density, accelerate tissue repair, and reduce stress hormones. Cats literally purr themselves healthier. And you can do it too! Yes, we are soothed by the gentle rumbles, but imagine the potential of infusing your body with these vibrations, gently stimulating your blood, your lymph, your muscles, your fascia, your tendons, your bones. Indeed, it’s like a mild massage at the cellular level.

Here, we will cite papers lauding the healing potential of our cats’ purrs. As you peruse these articles, pay attention to the named effects of the frequencies between about 20-150hz. It’s wonderful that our feline friends have the capacity to heal themselves so naturally. With our Rife machines, you can bring this experience home in a big way.

” ‘The low-frequency vibrations of a cat’s purring are often used in sound therapy, a form of vibrational healing that applies specific frequencies to the body,’ said Nancy Martin, LCSW, Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist at Inspira Medical Center Bridgeton. ‘These vibrations can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation and stimulate the healing of damaged tissues.’ They’ve also been shown to promote the regeneration of bone cells and increase bone density, making them valuable for treating bone fractures and joint issues.

“In addition to these physical benefits, the soothing vibrations of a cat’s purr can help regulate the autonomic nervous system, which controls involuntary bodily functions like heart rate and breathing. By lowering stress and triggering the body’s relaxation response, purring promotes a sense of calm, balance and emotional well-being.”

Sounds pretty good, right? There’s more…..

“Scientific measurements show that the purr contains two prominent frequency bands within the overall 25 to 150 Hz range. The lower of these peaks, typically observed between 25 Hz and 50 Hz, is of particular interest to researchers. This lower frequency range aligns with frequencies known to promote bone and tissue health in other biological contexts. A secondary, higher frequency peak is often noted in the range of 100 Hz to 150 Hz, which may be associated with pain relief and reduced swelling.”

This confirms what we have known for decades. The lower end of the frequency spectrum (low audio range) can be found on tracks 1 and/or 2 of any of our given Applications. This is where we direct people who have similar issues to those named above. So, in a certain respect, you might say that the science is catching up with us.

To emphasize the point:

“According to Leslie A. Lyons, an assistant professor at the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, a low-frequency hum of purring at 25 to 50 hertz could even promote bone growth and fracture healing, as bones harden in response to the pressure.

“In fact, the frequency of a cat’s purr is the exact frequency needed for bone growth. According to studies, a frequency of 25 to 50 hertz (like that of a cat’s purr) can improve bone density, build bone strength, support wound and fracture healing, and stimulate bone fracture repair. It can also provide pain relief and help manage breathlessness and inflammation.“

“The healing power of cat purr doesn’t stop with improving bone density and lowering blood pressure. New scientific and anecdotal evidence indicates that the vibrations of a cat’s purr can help fight infections, reduce swelling and pain, and promote muscle growth and repair. A cat’s purr at a frequency of 18 to 35 hertz may also support tendon repair and joint mobility. At 25 to 50 hertz, purring promotes the healing of injured muscles and tendons. At 100 hertz, purring can reduce pain, increase recovery time after surgery, and ease breathing in patients with chronic respiratory disease.

“….it’s widely known that cats don’t exhibit as many muscle and bone abnormalities as their domestic counterpart, the dog. Perhaps a cat’s purr helps reduce the osteoporotic conditions or dysplasia that dogs often suffer from.”

Have you seen enough?  We will conclude our citations with this:

“Science has uncovered a fascinating connection between purring and the release of endorphins, neurotransmitters that play a crucial role in regulating mood and behavior.

When a cat purrs, it triggers the release of endorphins in its brain. These endorphins are responsible for eliciting feelings of happiness, affection, excitement, and sociability, contributing to the overall experience of purring.”

So there you have it. We hope we have helped you connect the dots. Why would we think to write about cats? Because they exemplify the healing effect of vibration. And JWLABS isn’t the only one to make this claim. All of this research demonstrates the very phenomena we have been witnessing for many years with our customers. And it confirms what we already knew when we first orchestrated our finely tuned Frequency Applications for your experimentation: the very frequencies used in Rife technology benefit multiple health conditions.

There is much more to the Rife effect, of course, but this serves as an introduction to the fact that by providing a gentle vibration (in the form of electrical current), you can have a profound impact on your well being. We hope you take full advantage of this knowledge. If you know someone who has a JWLABS machine, ask them about their experience. Chances are, their report will run parallel to what you have just learned is true for your feline friends.
